[Lana Teterina, Business Management Major] - My name is Lana Teterina and ÎçÒ¹¿ì²¥ is where I lead. I chose ÎçÒ¹¿ì²¥ because of the tennis program and how much the tennis program has achieved in the past and I wanted to be a part of building a good team but also the campus is very beautiful. It has the new business building that I really like and when I did my research I really liked Dahlonega, Georgia.
So one of the biggest challenges that I faced was coming here and not knowing anyone. I didn't know how the culture was and how to really approach people and being new and not knowing anyone is can be tough in the beginning and so you have to really put yourself out there and make connections talk to people so that's where I feel like I've grown a lot and I've gotten to know a lot of people here and that has helped my experience. My advice for international students would be just go for it it may be tough in the beginning but it's all going to be worth it at the end and you're going to meet amazing people. It's really fun and you get a very good degree.
