Out of the seven University of North Georgia (ÎçÒ¹¿ì²¥) students chosen this spring for the , two of them—Phillip Ly and Justin Wlosko—are our own PSIA students.
Phillip Ly graduated in May 2022 with a degree in Strategic and Security Studies. He plans to use his award to study in France. Philip came to ÎçÒ¹¿ì²¥ from Forest Park H.S., Forest Park, GA. He also previously won a Gilman Scholarship in 2019.
Justin Wlosko is a sophomore studying international relations and a graduate of Cumming, GA 's North Forsyth H.S. His scholarship will allow him to study in South Korea.
The scholarships are essay-based competitive awards that provide up to $8,000 for Pell grant eligible U.S. undergraduate students to study or intern abroad.
